I heard an analogy that the BBB is just Yelp for older people and I can’t stop thinking about it.
Our business was subscribed about 15 years ago, and we could handwave away bad reviews. Our current business is not. Are there any recent studies that show its effectiveness with the newer generation of people? Most people I talk to these days realize it’s a scam.
- hippich 5y agoNever tried it - but does complaining through Yelp gets problem solved? (I used BBB a couple times and each time I was able to get business to do the right thing, where they would ignore me otherwise)
