Why can't we have a mandate enforcing better ventilation? Workplace conditions are within the purview of OSHA and EPA, and that undoubtedly is the executive branch. Folks, this is an airborne virus, and while the vaccine keeps you out of hospital it does not keep you from spreading the disease.
