Probably to weed out people whose answer would be things like "I was fired."
- quadrifoliate 5y agoAny recruiter who blatantly weeds out people who answer "I was fired" is a terrible recruiter. Lots of people are fired for various reasons, often due to toxic workplaces. Does it merit follow-up questions about why? Sure.
