- BitwiseFool 5y agoWait, does this apply to all companies with over 100 employees or just the ones that contract to the federal government? I was under the impression the mandate only applied to the latter.
- snerbles 5y agoThe OSHA requirements apply to companies with >100 employees. The deadline federal contractor requirement (which is more strict) has been updated to match the Jan 4 OSHA deadline.
- landemva 5y agoMy experience is that private companies are verbally coaching employees on how to get exemptions. A friend who works for USGS as a federal employee had his boss tell him how to get exemption.
