How are the referral incentives at HD?

• ethbr0 5y ago
Inbound? (current employee referring new employee) Not sure. I don't think they have any, but there might be something of the sort. I don't work there anymore, as got an offer I couldn't refuse and made the move. HD pay is mid non-SV, but Atlanta is pretty cheap to live in. Especially compared to west coast insanity. I will say it's one of the few places I've ever worked that I seriously considered taking lower compensation in exchange for better culture, tech strategy, and colleagues.
