I work for a small financial company called Cypher.trade (building out a futures platform on Solana) and I really like working there. Everyone in the team is amazingly skilled and management is hands-off but detailed enough for you to know exactly what to do. I find the company refreshing because: - They allow remote workers in any time zone - Expectations for engineers are reasonable - The requirements for the product are well defined - Team members are competent - Communication is decent This honestly avoids many of the problems I've had to deal with early on in my career. It has been a good place to work for so far.
