My nose suspects the system (TU) was triaging agaisnt dementia, somehow, and the author didn't notice. Next study, designed for comparing transplantation correlation to dementia, should use a dementia scale before and after the trasplant. The article is not a scientific paper. I hope scientific papers were so honest about conflict of interest and autocritic as this author is in this article.
