A Pittsburg left is turning left before oncoming traffic starts moving.
- paganel 5y agoYeah, saw that now. Guilty as charged, I'm not always doing it but there are certain intersections where you can do it in a relatively safe way (especially if you tilt/move as much as you can to the left before the green-light comes on).
