Rune is pretty close, although it is dynamic (https://github.com/rune-rs/rune https://github.com/rune-rs/rune), Mun seems to be getting in that direction as well (and has a static type system!) but has fewer features (https://github.com/mun-lang/mun https://github.com/mun-lang/mun)
