Fully remote team here. We decided that the chit chat starts at 10, the standup at 10:15. That.... often doesn't happen. So our running joke is no matter what time it is getting (sometimes 10:30, sometimes 10:40) we always say "Alright guys, it's almost 10:15" to signal that we should probably get started.
