At this point I'm starting to suspect this is basically people on a power trip, disguised.
- iszomer 5y agoWhat I don't understand is why The Atlantic is compelled to write up this piece of how to eat ramen from a Western perspective. Shouldn't this specific mandate be more applicable to those eating at a teppanyaki or hot pot restaurant instead? Eating ramen is highly individualized and tends to not include miscellaneous side dishes.
