I feel we need a middle ground between standup and pair programming. Standups aren’t enough to meaningfully contribute but pair programming is frequently wasteful and dominated by one person. I have been thinking about a daily meeting of 5-8 people with a rotation for the presenter to give a tour through their code. I would keep it 15-30 mins. Then other devs can catch any glaring issues without getting caught in the details.
