- rich_sasha 5y agoIsn’t that Racket?
- cyberbanjo 5y agoNo, it's common lisp
- rich_sasha 5y agoCL is dynamically typed, no? As far as I can tell, Racket is the only (mainstream) static-typed Lisp. There are of course so many lisps that I’m sure some other ones also have static typing.
- dragonwriter 5y ago> As far as I can tell, Racket is the only (mainstream) static-typed Lisp. Racket is dynamically typed. Typed Racket is gradually typed, but that's a different language, implemented in Racket (there's something like a half-dozen other typed lisps bundled with the Racket distribution, too.)
- lispm 5y agoSBCL uses type declarations and type inference for compile-time type checking.
- rich_sasha 5y agoThat’s cool, I didn’t realise! I must deepen my lisp-fu.
