Like the other poster said, this is the first time I've heard of it, but I've only been using for about 3.5 years. As far as I can tell from some of my automation, the outage started between 1 and 1:15pm Eastern and the outage was "fixed" between 3:15 and 3:30 pm. I say "fixed" because we're still seeing lots of slowness in the API responses.
