- gpsx 5y agoI don't know about your first sentence. It seems more likely animals and humans would evolve to eat what they needed. That certainly seems like it would be evolutionarily preferred. But I do agree junk (which didn't exist through most of evolution) is easier to eat and that is part of our problem.
