Ask HN: How to stop AI scrapers from using my content as training data?

Let's say I have a blog(or a site like Stackoverflow). I have content being generated on a daily basis. How can I make sure that this content does not end up as training data for some big language model? Is there a specific license or legal terminology I can use? In case someone wants to use my content for training maybe I can ask them to pay me instead of using it up for free.
