- ksec 5y agoI would love to be wrong. But nothing I see in the current investor as well as technology roadmap suggest we are going to see significant cheaper NAND production cost. ( Note: Cost per bit aren't dropping much with more layers incase anyone is wondering.) I would be surprised if we could even push 4TB below $200 by 2025. Compared to a 4TB 2.5" external HDD which cost less than $100 today.
