There is a lot missing from this story. How old was the Model S? How did nobody hit her from behind if it was a four car pileup as you say elsewhere? It was all her plowing into four cars? What follow distance setting did she have it on? What were the road conditions? Dark? Light? Snow? Ice? Dry? Sandy? Flat? What was the speed limit on this highway? How long had the light been red? Was the light functioning properly? Two impacts could simply be a bounce of either your car or her car. Not some mystery, right? Where did this happen? Are there any reports online (local law enforcement, etc.) about what happened? What happened shortly before? (i.e. How long had you been stopped at the light?) Were the four cars involved all cars that she hit directly, or was it a domino effect? Where were you relative to the other two cars besides the Tesla that were affected? None of this is to excuse the Tesla, just a lot of info missing here that would be interesting to hear.
