I've done side projects before, but I feel like I don't have a knack for business. I decided to try and start writing after it was suggested to me many times.
I work in the finance/crypto space, so decided to try and write some articles about the basics on my personal blog (https://machow.ski https://machow.ski).
So far I am enjoying it, though it's a lot of work! Getting people to read what you write is also not straight forward.
- itsrajju 5y agoHey I like your writing style! I've signed up to your mailchimp. Congratulations on the new blog and keep going :)
- is0tope 5y agoThanks, that's much appreciated!
- infogulch 5y agoI wonder if something like a reading ring would be a good idea -- like the converse of a weblog ring, but instead of linking to the other blog you'd read and comment on a post they made, and in exchange someone else would read and comment on your posts. Might be a good way to get early readership and feedback.
- is0tope 5y agoI'm guessing something like this must exist already, though perhaps not in an academic way like you suggest!
