- iosono88 5y agoAs someone with a diabetic family member that frequently forgets to carry her medicine. I can't help but think of a situation where I'd be put in an emergency and traffic is blocked by a bunch of goons. I'll happily drive over you and deal with the consequences later for a medical emergency. Good on law makers siding with drivers.
