I tried to google search it, but couldn't find anything. What is GPU accelerated vector path rendering? Does this entail some fancy processing to accelerate rendering of SVG paths?
- Pulcinella 5y agoYes so most rendering of vector art(including SVG) is done on the CPU. It would be nice to use the GPU to greatly accelerate that rendering.
- TheRealNGenius 5y agoAh alright, thanks for the explanation. Figma uses WebGL for their rendering, so I would assume that their rendering of vector art is accelerated as they don't use SVG.
