A letter from the Office for Statistics Regulation is a pretty big deal, and Dr Jenny Harries (chief executive of the UK Health Security Agency, which replaced most of Public Health England in 2021) needs to pay attention to this.
- robthebrew 5y agoI totally agree. We are in the midst of a pandemic which is being tested for (presence, not illness) of unprecedented proportions. This valuable information must be broken down into useable trends, or else we fall into the trap of relying on data that does not match actual epedimiology.
