i had the same question. i think it’s an unfortunate and confusing choice of words, where ‘delta resistance’ means resistance to delta (i.e. hospitalization, etc) rather than delta being resistant to the vaccine. it’s a curious mistake to make in a medical outlet given the obvious implications of the word in context.
