I don't know much about Lasik, but I do know about contact lenses. If you're not aware of them you might want to look at getting the new-style night-and-day contact lenses. Unlike the older ones which had to be taken out every night, some of the new types can be left in all night. Not only does this save effort, it also reduces the chances of eye infections. I my lenses all the time, and only have to take them out once a month, when I put in a fresh pair. It's pretty much the next best thing to having perfect vision. I can't imagine Lasik being much easier.
