i’ve always seen a brogrammer as:
* louder than competent
* uses social pressure to drive decisions
* makes up politically for lack of technical skill
the general culture they can create makes people anxious and feel belittled. when they reach out for help the brogrammers peers can’t believe he’d be mean to anyone. i guess it’s a tech narcissist.
