You could just as equally argue that refusing a vaccine while accepting mandates for several other vaccines is purely political. So politics is causing people to quit their jobs. But I'd go further and say the number of people who have lost their jobs due to refusing to take a vaccine is so-far insignificant compared to the bigger jobs picture.
