I ignore any ideas management has if they only mention it once. Twice or more and I might start considering that they’re serious
- JazzXP 5y agoAt a previous job I did this too. Ignore for a week, if it comes up again, then somebody actually cares about it and it's not an off the cuff comment. Current job, no so much, it's really dependent on the culture of the workplace.
- redisman 5y agoYeah it definitely depends on how seriously I take them as a person. Some actually think things through while most just feel like they have to tell me every random idea that pops in their heads
