Global housing crisis: are we heading for disaster?
- orionblastar 5y agoMy wife and son and I are getting ready to sell our house and move westward to get away from the urban city that has a lot of crime and high car insurance because of the accidents here. Our house is worth more than we paid for it, and we paid it off. It has a small amount of land. Out west it would be like a farm with a lot of land to grow fruit and vegetables on it. Away from crime statistics and other stuff. What is causing the global house prices to rise and are we in a bubble? I heard investors are buying up real estate because of the capital gains tax on stock. Driving it up so they can sell at a profit.
