Most likely this won’t last, but it still is a good thing. People are realizing they have greater than zero options, even if it is minuscule. That realization will help their future thinking and choices. In my case, I don’t even consider non remote jobs anymore (I have been remote since before COVID). Last time, I moved for a job - wasting a few thousand dollars on lease fee, relocation expenses etc. I am a little less stupid now
