I think this is one of the reasons Texas has remained affordable.(that and less anti development regulations) We have a high property tax which dampens the effects of interest rate changes on property value.
- nemo44x 5y agoTexas has infinite space and builds builds builds. Also, most of Texas is not attractive to most people. But the places that are have built out more and more. There are plenty of spaces inside these desirable locations that aren’t affordable though.
