How does Foone spend so much time on all these "here's something interesting I found, now it's a 12-hour-long deep-dive into something I never thought I could care passionately about" things and still have a job?
Turing's living the dream... (the family name has to be a coincidence, right?)
- johnsonap 5y agothey use they, not he, but they have a lot of followers on ko-fi! https://ko-fi.com/fooneturing https://ko-fi.com/fooneturing
- post-it 5y agoDo they have a day job? I thought they lived off their Patreon. They definitely changed their first and last name at some point, I remember a Twitter thread mentioning it.
- shdon 5y agoThey're a Continuous Integrator at Backblaze, according to their LinkedIn.
- frosted-flakes 5y agoIs it multiple people writing the Twitter posts?
- umvi 5y agoDoes foone have a job? I know he has a Patreon.
- ryan-c 5y agoIf you know foone has a Patreon, I'm not sure how you're aware they're not a "he"...
- umvi 5y agoI know they have a Patreon because I saw it on their wiki[0] which I read through after seeing their death generator a few months ago. Their wiki didn't mention their gender identity preferences, and I don't follow their blog or twitter or anything, so I wasn't aware, sorry...
