- vkou 5y agoUnbiased relative to the background level of nonsense that the general public believes? Or unbiased relative to some platonic ideal of a jury?
- pessimizer 5y agoThat's not why attorneys interview jurors. They're trying to find jurors who are biased but not biased enough to retrospectively throw the entire trial into question.
