Anyone who thinks denser housing will lower housing costs has not been to cities with dense housing.
- eloff 5y agoI have seen this work in Panama City, Panama for one where zoning is almost all high density. Apartment prices have been flat to down for nearly a decade there despite high economic and population growth.
