    Passing property to your kids or whoever else you wish it's your right. Communists were against property and exercising rights related to the property but after provoking huge disasters in many countries they were banished from most of the countries they managed to subdue. I think there are some people who try to move the mankind in that direction again, after all socialism is cool and trendy again, but I do not seriously expect them to win the fight because the conditions are not the same as 100 years ago.
