I simply ordered a foam mattress from a foam mattress company. Saved me all the hassle of figuring out what type of foam and cover etc. still only ten percent of the price of a fancy mattress from a mattress store and took ten minutes on amazon. I doubt it's that much more expensively than a comparable block of foam. (I think it has multiple layers, as well). Three years in, no problems. Good mattress.
