You are absolutely right. It feels real and almost awkward. Awkward as in you feel self-concise around beautiful women. It took me a while to get over the intensity of it. As a shy guy who usually is like Raj around women, this made me think if we can have some sort of training videos for shy/socially anxious people. Like just a video of having dinner in VR. Or a video of audience, so you can practice your speeches etc. I am making a few of such videos with my friends. Just don't know next steps.
