It seems that archive.is doesn't want to support 1.1.1.1 requests. Solution: Resolve archive.is yourself if you want to use 1.1.1.1. For example with a host file, pihole, dnmasq, whatever. Look up archive.is once with a different DNS server then create a manual record for archive.is. Whatever. Finally you could write a script to do this automatically in regular intervals to your taste.
