  Are you thinking that, there isn't a reason for people to do this unless it is for illegal purposes? I can think of plenty of good use cases like buying something from ebay from some skecthy seller ...lol

  ' legal use case ' It is freedom to do what you want, while not harming anyone. It does not need to be legalized. It is typically done for privacy reasons.
