It's not too hard to scrape https://www.merriam-webster.com/browse/dictionary/a https://www.merriam-webster.com/browse/dictionary/a and friends, but sadly it appears the wayback machine doesn't have a recent crawl of all of the pages from one day, so comparing to a historical scrape is complicated.
