Word of advice: get the best surgeon out there. Don't skimp-your eyes are worth more than the money you save. My SO worked at the #1 west coast lasik office. She said that a lot of people came in for corrections 2-3 yrs after their original surgery because they went to "budget" eye centers. The cuts were sloppy, quality of original surgery was horrible, scarring, etc. Also, don't put blind faith in the surgeon's claimed years of experience. Many surgeons do not work full time and thus have less experience than those that do.
