Pump and dumps are legal.gruez 5y agoNot being securities only means you're safe from the SEC, you might still be on the hook for generic fraud charges.Reebz 5y agoIt is dangerous to conflate SEC regulations and plain old fraud. Promoting a security while you’re selling it is going to get you handed right over to a DA.
