I'm in the minority, but I really enjoy the butterfly keyboard on my Macbook. I'd love to have a fullsized butterfly style keyboard for my PC. Unfortunately the high-end market for keyboards is dominated by mechanical keyboards which aren't my kind of thing at all.
- jbjbjbjb 5y agoJust plug in the Apple external keyboard and remap some keys. Unpopular opinion but I find the Apple keyboards feel “better” than most mechanical switches (certainly mx brown and clear), they have good tactile bump better than most and a nice lightness to them so they’re not fatiguing.
- skocznymroczny 5y agoApple external keyboard feels like a scissor switch keyboard. It's not too bad, but it's not as flat as butterfly keyboards are. Personally, the only mechanical switch I could stand was Kailh Choc Blue - low profile blue switch.
