- diob 5y agoThis is a weird stance to take. What speed is allowed in your opinion? 1 month in the "dev ranks"? 1 year? 10 years? Why gate something based on anything other than ability to deliver?
- wly_cdgr 5y agoI'm not. No one can deliver as CTO if they haven't come through the ranks. Best they can do is fake it and take the credit.
