Self-reply to correct an important typo after the end of the edit window: > The number of COVID entry restrictions which are made harder to enforce by the EU DCC or its associated regulation is zero. I meant "easier to enforce", in the sense of further restricting movement of people who national decisions decide should be subject to further restrictions, when I wrote "harder to enforce" above.
