Thank you for your candor. I look at this from the hiring perspective. When a candidate tells us they love what We're doing and they're amazed by our projects, that's strike 1. I'm like Really ? We've been pretty discreet by design, sometimes by contract, and sometimes by an unwritten rule, on what we do or who we do it for. We've had a crappy generic website that doesn't say much for a long, long, time and the fact they say this is not good. I'm much, much, more receptive to candidates who ask questions and say they have no clue about what we're doing and they want to know more.
