Samsung making history with 768GB RAM server stacks

It is not clear to me how this is making history. Dell and HP have been selling servers with 3TB of ram for quite some time. Are these significantly less expensive? Or is the title talking about the history of Samsung itself?

This development is for 768 GB on a single module

A single DIMM? What is a module in this context? A channel bank of DIMM's?
