It's about taking slightly more money from the top 1,000 people who have the most money. This is completely different from targeting ethnic minorities.
Progressive taxes are supposed to handle this in a broad-based way, but billionaires can afford to finagle the system so that they pay less in taxes than the rest of us.
- Jugurtha 5y agoIn my opinion, people seem very generous and creative in matters that concern other people's money. Whether it is someone stealing from people who "can afford it", or increase taxes for certain categories that don't include them, people are in no shortage of 'arguments' and seem to find things 'obvious'.
