This seems to be arguing on both sides of the aisle:
- CEOs do these things right for allocating their mental energy and physical health, and therefore are bursting with energy and happy, but also
- CEOs aren't necessarily happy and they aren't working 100 hours all the time despite their energy levels indicating that.
Maybe the duality is the point, but then I don't think the title is accurate.
