Nobody from the US goes to Canada for better/cheaper/faster/whatever care. Literally no one, vs 200-250k out of 40M, size of a single large US state. Canada just isn't that great, but many Canadians seem to have part of their identity staked on how great Canadian healthcare is. Probably never had to use it, which is great luck.
