Given utilities around the world are all being attacked it really could be anyone.
- londons_explore 5y agoMost attacks worldwide tend to focus on monitoring a company, stealing data, and having the ability to affect operations. However those in Iran seem to go for maximum impact. I suspect they're different actors.
